WIND

The “Wind” sculpture installation came from my experience at Blanket Bay, New Zealand, a magical place tucked away on a river bank miles inland.  The wind came whipping down the river canyons, so this piece as a whole gave me a feeling of peering in and of being swept along the path of life, finally yielding to the newness and change.  Each form of the sculpture is a small vessel shaped from and mimicking the body, bending and twisting as life moves and propels us to its next experience.
